The annual Victory Over Epilepsy Gala supports the work of the Epilepsy Foundation as we provide programs, services, resources and education in our community and advocate for improved rights and regulations involving people living with epilepsy.

The Epilepsy Foundation of Missouri and Kansas proudly leads the fight to stop seizures, find a cure and overcome the challenges created by epilepsy. Every hour, 20 Americans are diagnosed as having epilepsy. More than twice as many Americans have seizure disorders (epilepsy) as have Parkinson's disease, cerebral palsy, multiple sclerosis and muscular dystrophy combined! Yet, none of these well-known diseases carry the powerful stigma associated with epilepsy.
